Contracts signed for UL Schrodinger Building Refurbishment Project

Works commence on Killarney Nursing Home

Monami Construction have been appointed main contractors & PSCS for the fit out & refurbishment of Killarney Nursing Home with works having commenced on site. The project will include the removal of the existing roof structure, external walls and internal layouts. New works include new external walls, new roof structure & finishes and full fit out of the existing building over three floors.The on-site works are programmed at 14 weeks.

Dalata appoint Monami as main contractors at the Maldron Hotel, Limerick

Dalata Hotel Group have appointed Monami Construction as main contractors & PSCS for external & refurbishment works at their landmark Maldron Hotel, Limeirck. Works include new fusion system roof structure, roof cladding, zinc flashings and external wall completions. In addition a number of rooms are to be refurbished as part of the works.

Work continues on Hollystown Pyrite Remediation Project

Further housing units have been released to Monami Construction for pyrite remediation works on the Chapelwood Estate, Hollystown Co.Dublin. Monami have now successfully completed pyrite remediation works on over 70 housing units on the estate.

Elm Park Penthouses Underway

Monami Construction are currently undertaking the fit out of penthouse apartments at Elm Park, Dublin 4. The project includes the internal fit out of 18 duplex apartments and associated public areas. The onsite works programme is scheduled at 18 weeks with the project due for completion in July 2014.

Limerick County Library project complete

First Inaugural Gala Dinner in aid of the Mary Immaculate College Foundation

Funds raised went to support student experiential learning in developing countries and the continued development of inclusive education for adults with learning difficulties.

Works commence at Mindshare/DDFH&B Offices, Christchurch, Dublin

Works have commenced on site at the Mindshare/DDFH&B Offices, Christchurch, Dublin. The scope of work comprises construction of alterations and extension inlcuding all ancillary siteworks to the existing two storey building. Monami will also be completing a full fit out of the existing building over two floors. The project programme is set at 16 weeks with completion in July 2014.
