Project Description:
The Park Avenue comprised of the complete restoration of this period property including the construction of a large new build extension to the rear of the existing property.
The works included the partial removal of the rear façade and the construction of a brick/glazed office extension overlooking the large rear gardens.
The restoration of the existing property involved the careful restoration of the period features – ornate ceilings, fireplaces, wall and ceiling panelling, upgrading the mechanical and electrical installations and new internal finishes, all in accordance with conservation principles .
