Project Description
The Grand Mill Quay project comprised of remedial works to address water ingress from a podium slab to the basement car park of mixed use development including all ancillary works.
The scope of work included removal of existing stone paving and bedding;removal of planters/ planting at selected locations, application of waterproof membrane to concrete substrates, replacement of paving and reinstatement of planters/ planting on completion.
Works also included the alterations to existing access lift, temporary disconnections and reconnection of lighting and services as required to completed the remedial works.
Remedial Works were also undertaken to the basement car park including installation of new drainage channels, structural supports to drainage, application of liquid waterproofing to basement ramp and line marking.
Monami Construction implemented a traffic management system on site to minimise the disruption to the existing building users.
The works were completed on time, on a phased basis, in line with our clients requirements.
