Mary Immaculate College Limerick Fit outs & Refurbishment Works

Project Description:

The Mary Immaculate College fit out project comprised the refurbishment of various departments and areas within the existing college campus including the International, Finance and Staff departments.
A full redevelopment of the main toilet block located within the foundation building of the campus was also completed.
All works were carried out in a live building evniroment and additional precautions were taken to ensure all existing service’s remained live and the day to day operation of the college is not effected.
The scope of work included alterations and demolition to existing layouts, new stud partitions/block walls, new floor finishes, suspended and gyproc ceilings, internal glazed screens, mechanical & electrical installations, joinery, kitchens and wall finishes.
The works also included large landscaping/redevelopment works to the ‘Quad Courtyard’ within the college campus, works included new paved courtyard, lawn areas, electrical installations and all ancillary site services.

All works were completed to a high standard and to the timeframes specified, ensuring minimal disruption to college operations.
