O’Connell Mall Redevelopment Project, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary
Project Description:
The Clonmel Mall redevelopment project was located in Clonmel town centre and consisted of the demolition and alterations to existing premises and provide a shell and core building ready for separate fit-out contract.
The project involved the construction of a steel framed structure to give building extra structural support new roof finishes, alterations and demolition to internal layout, new stud partitions and block walls, new floor finishes new suspended and gyproc ceilings, new goods lift installation and all associated electrical installations.
Externally, new roof installations were completed, new shop fronts consisting of granite and glazing was installed and existing windows were removed and replaced.
All work was completed successfully within a tight project programme and within budget.
