Project Description:
Monami Construction carried out the role of Main Contractor and Project Supervisor Construction Stage for this project, The Refurbishment of the Captain Christy Stand at Listowel racecourse.
The scope of works on the project comprised the complete strip out of all existing internal finishes, furniture and fittings and the installation of new floor and wall finishes, new custom made bars, external glazing, glazed handrails and complete electrical and A.V. fit-out.
External works included re-roofing works and all ancillary siteworks in connection with new mechanical and electrical installations.
The project programme was defined by the timing of the seven day September race meeting and was successfully delivered on time for this major event.
