The new build works included new drylining and internal walls, new suspended and metal framed ceilings, installation of new internal joinery including doors and frames, new internal screens, various floor finishes including linoleum, carpet and tile.
Existing mechanical and electrical systems were removed with full new installation of mechanical and electrical installations.
Monami also carried out a full re-roof of the Schrodinger Building and installed new external windows and curtain walling to various areas as required.
The project was completed on budget and within the specified timescale over the summer period ensuring no disruption to the upcoming college semester.
