Monami have commenced work on the Refurbishment of the O’Reilly Institute Building, Trinity College, Dublin 2 for Global Intelligent Content.
This project entails the refurbishment of the ground floor and first floor of the O Reilly Institute Building. The work comprises of the following:
- Demolitions and strip out work
- Internal Alterations throughout
- Internal Fireproofing works
- Installation of new Fitted Furniture
- Installation of New Floor Finishes throughout
- New Painting, Decorating & Tiling wall finishes
- Installation of New Glazed Partitions along
- New internal fit out including new Partitions & Drylining
- Removal of Existing Joinery & Door-sets & replace with new
- Removal of the existing Mechanical and Electrical services and replace with new
The project has an approximate value of €310,000 with a programme of 2 months and is due for completion in September 2015
