Monami Construction have been appointed as Main Contractors for the Refurbishment of the 2nd & 3rd Floors of the Deloitte Offices, Block 2B, Financial Services Centre, Galway. Work has commenced on the Deloitte Offices and the main work consists of the following:
- Removal and demolition of the existing partitions, ceilings and finishes.
- Installation of new glazed partitions
- New Internal Wall Finishes
- New floor finishes throughout
- New Ceiling finishes including suspended and plasterboard ceilings
- New M&E installations including new lighting throughout
The project has an approximate value of €800,000 with a programme of 3 months and is due for completion in January 2016
