Monami Construction have been appointed as Main Contractors for the Castletroy Student Accommodation Refurbishment project for the University of Limerick. Work has commenced on the Castletroy site and the main work consists of the following:
- New student common area
- New laundry
- New reception
- Completion of the 4 corner tower apartments
- Essential repairs to the existing structure
- Refurbishment of the existing structure
- New fibre works
- New IT infrastructure
- New M&E Installations
The project has an approximate value of €1.2 million with a programme of 4 months and is due for completion at the start of January 2016
