Monami Construction have been appointed as Main Contractors for the ABEC Technologies Project, Fermoy, Co. Cork
Works have commenced on the Refurbishment & Alterations to the existing 8600m2 Office & Factory Building for ABEC Technologies. The works on site consist of the Refurbishment & Structural Alterations to the existing factory floor production area with extensive Mechanical & Electrical works throughout.
The existing two storey office area is to be refurbished and upgraded with complete new office layouts including new stud partition, floor finishes, suspended ceilings, mechanical & electrical installations, internal doors and joinery, painting and decorating throughout including fireproof containment works.
Works to the external envelope of the building comprises of extensive repair work to existing wall and roof finishes including new wall & roof cladding and the removal and replacement of existing windows with new aluminium double glazed windows and curtain walling units.
The project has an approximate value of €3 million and is due for completion at the end of July 2015
