Monami Construction have successfully completed the Phase 1 & 2 Refurbishment of the Castletroy Student Accommodation Project for the University of Limerick. The project consisted of the following works:
- New student common area
- New laundry
- New reception
- Completion of the 4 corner tower apartments
- Essential repairs to the existing structure
- Refurbishment of the existing structure
- New fibre works
- New IT infrastructure
- New M&E Installations
The project was completed to a very high standard, on time and within budget.
