Monami Construction have commenced work on the New Loughshinny Nursing Home Development, Co. Dublin
The project will consist of the following:
- Extensive groundworks (green field site) & concrete foundation works
- Full New Build Construction of a Nursing Home
- Extensive M&E Services installations
- Landscaping and ancillary site works including car parks, roadways, pathways & site lighting
The project will be completed on a 12 month programme and is due for completion in November 2018
