Monami Construction have been appointed as Main Contractors for the Northbank Apartments Remedial Works, Castleforbes Road, Dublin 1
The works will consist of remedial works to be carried out at various apartment blocks and public areas at the Northbank Development, the construction of a fire tender access road and landscaping. Works will involve both internal and external works and will include the following:
- Minor demolition/gutting out
- Installation of new internal joinery
- Remedial works to existing balconies and extensions to some where required
- Fire stopping remedial works throughout
- Upgrade of existing mechanical and electrical services
- Painting & decorating throughout,
- Survey and repair of balustrades where required.
The project is due to commence on 27th February 2017 and will be completed on an 5 month programme
