Monami have commenced work on the Alteration Works to the School of Law offices, Foundation Building for the University of Limerick. The project has a programme of 13 weeks and will consist mainly of the following:
- Demolition & reconfiguration of existing ground floor School of Law teaching area
- Demolition and alteration works to existing layouts
- Installation of new stud wall partitions
- New floor and wall finishes throughout
- Alteration works to internal door openings and installation of new internal doors including blocking up of existing openings as required
- Upgrade of Existing Mechanical and Electrical Services
The project is due for completion in December 2017
