Monami Construction have completed works to the LIDL Childers Road Development, Limerick. This fast track project involved the demolition of the existing Chadwick’s commercial unit and existing Lidl retail store, construction of new Lidl retail store building of approx. 3,500m2 and all ancillary site development works. The main work was as follows:
- Demolition of the existing Lidl Store & the existing Chadwick’s store and warehouse.
- Full Construction of new Lidl retail store
- Installation of a Glulam Beam roof structure
- Full internal finishes throughout including Floor tiling, Floor finishes, plastering, painting & decorating
- Full Mechanical & Electrical installations
- All associated site & drainage works
- Construction of customer carpark
- Construction & redevelopment of vehicular & pedestrian access roads
- Soft and hard landscaping to the carpark and surrounding areas
The project was completed on time, within budget and to a high quality standard of finish.
