Monami Construction have been appointed as Main Contractors on the UL hosted CONFIRM Smart Manufacturing Headquarters at Unit 2, Park Point, Castletroy.
The project involves extensive refurbishment & fitout of the existing unit no 2 at the Park Point Business Park, located at Castletroy on the Dublin Road.. Works will consist of the following:
- New Entrance, Lobby & Reception
- New Tiered seating lecture theatre.
- New Internal Office Layouts
- New Mechanical, Electrical & Lift Installations
- Construction of Mezzanine Floor Level
- Construction of Workshop and Research areas
- External Facade work including external cladding
- New Bathrooms, Kitchen, Canteen
- New Partitions & Ceilings Throughout
- New Floor, Wall & Ceiling Finishes
- Installation of New Joinery & Fitted Furniture
- New Rooflights & AOV’s
The project has a 16 week programme and is due for completion at the end of January 2020.
