Monami Construction have been appointed as Main Contractors on the New Thurles Primary Care Centre, Co. Tipperary.
The project will consist of the following:
- Demolition of Existing Structures
- Extensive groundworks
- Extensive Substructure & Concrete Foundation works
- Full New Build Construction of a Primary Care Unit
- Full Mechanical, Electrical & Lift Services installations
- Landscaping and ancillary site works including car parks, roadways, pathways & site lighting
The project has a 14 Month programme and is due for completion in May 2021.
