Monami Construction have completed works on the Duleek Nursing Home Development, Co. Meath.
The project consisted of the following:
- Extensive groundworks (green field site)
- Extensive Substructure & Concrete Foundation works
- Full New Build Construction of a 120 Bed Nursing Home
- Full Mechanical, Electrical & Lift Services installations
- Landscaping and ancillary site works including car parks, roadways, pathways & site lighting
