We were delighted to mark an exciting milestone on Wednesday 6th March, when we celebrated the “topping out” at our project at Cross Avenue in Blackrock, Co. Dublin- Lioncors Alte Verde Development, alongside our fantastic team at Monami, our client #Lioncor, their funders #Activate and representatives from the design team #Mccauly Daye O Connell, #Barrett Mahony #Fallon Design
To mark this significant stage in the project our Director Brendan Davey, alongside representatives from Lioncor placed the last few bricks on the parapet wall, and all those present had the opportunity to sign the wall, signifying the highest point in the development. This will serve as a time capsule within the building, representing the hard work, vision and dedication that has brought the project to this important milestone.
