Brilliant progress made at our Alta Verde Development at Cross Avenue, Blackrock, Co Dublin in just under a year, images below showing the project from its initial stages in August 2023 up to July 2024.
Several milestones were hit recently including the removal of tower crane and scaffolding to Block C as well as the closing out of apartment units. Balcony & exoskeleton installation, roof garden planting and paving continue to progress well, with external wall insultation (EWI) and render finishes coming along nicely and almost complete on two of the three buildings.
