Citywest Project Reaches PC!

Citywest Project Reaches PC!

Monami are delighted to announce another successful project delivered to programme and within budget, with our most recent project at Carrigmore Woods, Citywest, Fortunestown, reaching PC this month!

The development comprises a total of 290 social and cost rental homes set over six modern blocks varying from four to six storeys above ground, providing balconies/terraces on all elevations within landscaped communal areas.

Associated residential amenity facilities such as a childcare facility, four retail units and two café / restaurant units as well as pedestrian walkways, cycle links, green roofs, waste facilities and car and bicycle parking spaces are also featured as part of this development.

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, James Browne TD, Mayor Pamela Kearns of South Dublin County Council and Chair of the Board of Tuath, Richard Pike, to officially open Phase 1 earlier this month, along side our valued Client Ardstone and their development partner, Tuath Housing.

As always, we would like to thank our team at Monami Construction and everyone that contributed for their hard work and dedication in bringing the project to this significant milestone!
