Work has commenced on a significant new development, the largest residential development in Limerick city in 20 years, on the North Circular Road in Limerick City, Ardhu Ryan!
This project will deliver 230 modern apartments across a six‑acre site, arranged over five new buildings ranging from three to five storeys.
The scheme is designed around a concrete flat‑slab frame with SFS infill, ensuring a robust and efficient structural solution.
Ardhu Ryan is a €120m project. The 230 new apartments will offer residents a wide range of amenities located in the former Ardhu House to include a cafe, cinema, co-working space, gym, spa, swimming pool and padel court.
