Monami Construction have commenced Phase 2 of the Roseberry Hill Housing Development, Newbridge, Co. Kildare. This phase began in January 2017 and has a completion date of 31st November 2017 with a total of 35 housing units to be constructed in Phase 2.
Phase 1 was completed ahead of programme and within budget. Practical Completion was achieved on the 23rd December 2016 for handing over from the client to the buyer.
