Monami Construction have signed contracts with the client Edge Fusion Ltd (Delsk Ireland) to commence work on the New Duleek Nursing Home Development, Co. Meath
The project will consist of the following:
- Extensive groundworks (green field site)
- Extensive Substructure & Concrete Foundation works
- Full New Build Construction of a Nursing Home
- Full Mechanical, Electrical & Lift Services installations
- Landscaping and ancillary site works including car parks, roadways, pathways & site lighting
The project is due to commence in January 2020 and will be completed on a 14 month programme.
