Monami Construction have completed the Fit Out, Refurbishment and Extension works for DDFH&B and Mindshare at Block 3, Christchurch Square, Dublin 8.
The project involved the refurbishment and fit-out of existing offices and work areas including the insertion of additional desk spaces, relevant M&E services (including Audio Visual and IT upgrade), and refurbishment and replacement of the existing Reception and Reception Area (including removal/reinstatement of existing IT system).
The works also included extensive construction and external site works with the construction of a ground floor extension. All works were designed and constructed to a very high specification.
