Monami Construction have successfully completed the Refurbishment of the 8600m2 Office & Factory Building for ABEC Technnologies, Fermoy, Co. Cork
The works on site consisted of the Refurbishment & Structural Alterations to the existing factory floor production area with extensive Mechanical & Electrical works throughout.
The existing two storey office area was refurbished and upgraded with complete new office layouts including new stud partitions, floor finishes, suspended ceilings, mechanical & electrical installations, internal doors and joinery, painting and decorating throughout including fireproof containment works.
Works to the external envelope of the building comprised of extensive repair work to existing wall and roof finishes including new wall & roof cladding and the removal and replacement of existing windows with new aluminium double glazed windows and curtain walling units.
