Monami Construction have been appointed as Main Contractors for the Roof Remedial Works to St. Flannan’s College, Ennis, Co. Clare. Work has commenced on the St. Flannans Site and the main work consists of the following:
- Re-Rendering of 12 No. existing brickwork chimneys
- Replacement of lead DPC under existing parapet wall coping stones
- Associated repair works to the existing roof structure and coverings.
The project has an approximate value of €250,000 with a programme of 3 months and is due for completion at the end of December 2015
