Monami have been appointed as main contractor for the refurbishment of the Links and Bays Elm Park Apartment blocks, Merrion Road, Dublin 4. The Project consists of the refurbishment of the basement and cores areas and the remedial works to the facades and windows on all floors of the residential blocks.
The project has an approximate value of €1.8 million and is due for completion at the end of August 2015
