Monami Construction have been appointed as Main Contractors & PSCS for the Hawkridge Housing Redevelopment, Lucan, Dublin
The project entails of the Refurbishment & Alterations to 8 existing dwellings along with the construction of 2 new dwellings to match the existing development. The Project will also involve Refurbishment works to the existing entrance & surrounding landscapes of the development.
The project has an approximate value €2.5 million and is due for completion at the end of October 2015
