Monami Construction have been appointed as Main Contractors for the Construction of a New Hotel Block for The North Star Hotel, Amiens street, Dublin 1. Work has commenced on the North Star Hotel site and the main work consists of the following:
- New Hotel Block
- Piling & Substructure works for foundation of new block
- External Windows & Doors Throughout
- Construction of all internal walls & partitions
- New Roof Structure
- New Roof Finishes
- New Rooflights
- New External & Internal Stairs
- External Wall Finishes Throughout
- New General Services connected
The project has an approximate value of €2.4 million with a programme of 8 months and is due for completion at the start of May 2016
