Monami Construction have been appointed as Main Contractors for the Restaurant & Bedroom Refurbishment in the Maldron Hotel Oranmore, Galway. The main work consists of the following:
- Demolitions & Alterations
- Painting & Decorating Throughout
- Removal of existing Joinery & Doors and replace with new
- New Mechanical & Electrical Installations
- New Floor & Wall Finishes throughout
- New Fitted & Loosee Furniture Installed
- Existing Blinds & Curtains removed & replaced with new
The project has a programme of 8 weeks and is due for completion at the end of March 2016
