Monami Construction have been appointed as Main Contractors for the Donnybrook Fair Store Development, New Street / The Green, Malahide, Co. Dublin
The project will involve the Construction, Refurbishment and Fit-Out of a new Donnybrook Fair Store at New Street / The Green, Malahide, Co. Dublin. The main contract will follow on from the Phase 1 Demolitions Contract.
The scope of the main works contract is as follows:
- Piling works
- Construction of detailed structures
- Mechanical and Electrical Installation
- Lift Installation
- Groundworks
- Fitout & Refurbishment Works throughout
The project has an approximate value of €1.6 million with a programme of 6 months and is due for completion at the end of October 2015
