Monami Construction have been appointed as Main Contractors for the Construction of a New Carvary, Snack Bar & Restaurant Building at Listowel Racecourse, Listowel, Co. Kerry. The main work consists of the construction of a new 2 storey Carvary, Snack Bar & Restaurant including all necessary siteworks and a complete internal fit out.
The project has an approximate value of €1.1 million with a programme of 37 weeks and is due for completion in August 2016
