Monami Construction have successfully completed the Construction of the Drimnagh Mixed Use Retail Development, Drimnagh Road, Dublin 12. The project consisted of the following works:
- New build of three retail units on a green field site
- New structural steel frame
- Various external wall envelopes including insulated wall panels, stone cladding and curtain walling
- New insulated flat roof
- Boundary walls
- New perimeter fencing
- Landscaping throughout
The project was completed to a very high standard, on time and within budget.
