Monami Construction have been appointed as Main Contractors for the Reception & Foyer Refurbishment in the Maldron Hotel Limerick. Work has commenced on the Maldron Hotel project and the main work consists of the following:
- Demolitions & Alterations
- Painting & Decorating Throughout
- New Reception Desk Installed
- Remove Existing Curtains & Replace with New Voile Curtains
- New Electrical Installation
- New Floor Finishes throughout
- New Fitted Furniture Installed
The project has a programme of 6 weeks and is due for completion at the end of November 2015
