Monami Construction have been appointed as Main Contractors for the LIDL Development at Childers Road, Limerick
The scope of works includes but is not limited to the following;
1. Demolition of the existing Lidl Store
2. Demolition of the existing Chadwick’s store and warehouse
3. The construction of a new Lidl store, to include (but not limited) to the following;
• Modification of existing services for the site.
• Car parking
• Bakery
• Trolley bays
• Bin Stores
• Bakery
• Freezer
• Coolers.
• Landscaping.
• Internal Plantroom
• Electrical room
• Warehouse / loading area.
The project is due to commence on 16th April 2018 and will be completed on an 8 month programme
