Monami Construction have been appointed as Main Contractors for the Refurbishment of Dromroe Student Village, University of Limerick
The scope of works includes the complete strip out & refurbishment of 81no. apartments over 2 phases. The 2 phases will be carried out as follows:
Phase 1 will consist of the refurbishment of 33 Apartments within Blocks A, B, I, J, K and L. This work will be carried out during the Summer of 2018, commencing on 28th May 2018 and finishing on 17th August 2018.
Phase 2 will consist of the refurbishment of 48 Apartments within Blocks C, D, E, F, G and H. This work will be carried out during the Summer of 2019, commencing on 27th May and finishing on 16th August 2019.
