Monami Construction have completed works to the Loughshinny Nursing Home Development, Dublin for Bartra Capital Property Group. This project involved the full new build construction of a 5900m2 state of the art 123 bed Nursing Home and all ancillary site development works. The project had a final total value of €15 million and was completed on programme and to a high quality standard of finish.
