Monami Construction have commenced Phase 2 of the Dromroe Student Village Refurbishment for the University of Limerick
Phase 1 was completed by Monami during the Summer of 2018 and consisted of the refurbishment of 33 Apartments within Blocks A, B, I, J, K and L.
The scope of works for phase 2 includes the complete strip out & refurbishment of the remaining 48 Apartments within Blocks C, D, E, F, G and H.
Works have commenced on site and are due for completion on the 16th August 2019.
