Monami Construction have been appointed as Main Contractors on the New Design & Build Ennis Primary Care Centre, Co. Clare.
The project will consist of the following:
- Demolition of Existing Structures on site
- Extensive groundworks
- Extensive Substructure & Concrete Foundation works
- Full New Build Construction of a Primary Care Centre
- Full Mechanical, Electrical & Lift Services installations
- Full Internal Fit Out of Primary Care Centre
- Landscaping and ancillary site works including access roads, car parks, roadways, pathways & site lighting
The project has a 15 month programme and is due for completion in October 2021.
