Monami Construction have been appointed as Main Contractors on the New Poplar Row Apartments Development, Dublin 3 for Bartra Capital Property Group.
The project will consist of the following:
- Demolition of existing car showroom presently occupying site.
- Construction of a new seven storey apartment building comprising of 53 residential units, with an overall height of 23.7m above ground level and combined floor area of 3,788 m2
The project has a 14 Month programme and is due to commence in the coming weeks.
