Ferrybank Primary Care Centre Reaches Practical Completion!

Monami Construction have completed works on the 120 bed Ferrybank Primary Care Centre, Co. Waterford.

The project consisted of the following:

• Extensive groundworks (Green Field Site)
• Extensive Substructure & Concrete Foundation works
• Full New Build Construction of a Primary Care Unit
• Full Mechanical, Electrical & Lift Services installations
• Landscaping and ancillary site works including car parks, roadways, pathways & site lighting
