Monami Construction have been appointed as Main Contractors on the New LIDL Strore In Charleville, Co. Cork.
The project consists of the demolition of an existing Lidl retail store on a phased basis and construction of a new Type 14 retail store 2,200m2 (circa) useable floor area and all associated site development works. The project will also consist of upgrading works to existing neighbouring car park and access road. The existing store will remain operational throughout the majority of the construction period
The project has a 7 month programme and is due for completion in May 2022.
