Monami are delighted that one of our latest residential projects, Bethany House, has been shortlisted for Social Housing Development of the Year at the National Property Awards!
Bethany House is located in Sandymount, Dublin 4. This redevelopment has delivered 62 high-quality sheltered housing apartments, supported by upgraded communal facilities, improved parking and cycle spaces, and a landscaped courtyard designed to provide a safe and comfortable living environment.
