Monami are delighted to have signed the contract for Cassidy’s hotel extension, located on Upper O’Connell Street, Dublin 1.
The development involves the extension on the existing hotel consisting of 24 no. bedrooms over five floors. The front section of the main hotel is a 4-storey structure with a basement and brick front façade and is a protected structure, which will remain untouched. The main hotel is to remain “Live” for the duration of the contract.
