Monami Construction have been appointed as Main Contractors for the Refurbishment & Reconfiguration of the MABE Lab for the University of Limerick. Work has commenced on the MABE project and the main work consists of the following:
- Construction of a new Bio-Lab
- Demolition of existing block walls
- New hardwood doors
- New studwork
- New block walls
- New external doors and windows
- New lab furniture
- Construction of a mezzanine level to create a new floor for teaching and lab space, accessible from level M corridor.
The project has an approximate value of €350,000 with a programme of 8 weeks and is due for completion in January 2016
