Monami Construction have been appointed as Main Contractors for the Rathborne Phase 2 & 3 Remedial & Repair Works, Ashtown, Dublin 15.
The project will consist of the following:
- Remedial & Repair Works to 11 nr stand alone apartment blocks including but not limited to the following:
- Fire proofing works in apartment corridors.
- Works around windows internally & externally
- Repairs to fire doors in common area corridors including behind architraves.
- Upgrade and replacement works to the fire alarm and emergency lighting systems, including installation of new sounders in bedrooms.
- Fire proofing coat to all structural steel beams
- Fire proofing around pipework in basement and service risers
- Remedial works in basements including new insulation, lighting & services
- Internal upgrade works throughout
- External repairs to facades & balconies.
- Repairs to the boundaries / environs & basement areas.
- Roof repairs
The project is due to commence in January 2017 will be completed on an 10 month programme
