Monami Construction have commenced the Full Restaurant Refurbishment for the Maldron Hotel, Newlands Cross, Naas Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22
The project consists of the following works:
- Demoliton and strip out of existing restaurant layout
- New Internal layout including stud partitions & internal screens
- Upgrade of existing M&E services
- New Internal Doors & Joinery
- Refurbish existing windows
- New fixtures & furniture
- New floor, wall & ceiling finishes
- Painting & decorating throughout
The project has a tight programme of just 3 weeks with a completion date at the end of January 2017
