Brendan Davey

Brendan is Founding Director of Monami Construction and has been instrumental in the company’s growth and development since its establishment. With over three decades of industry experience, Brendan brings commercial expertise, operational insight and strategic leadership.
Brendan’s overall responsibility is for company performance through the continuous development and mentoring of the senior management team and in reinforcing the businesses focus on customer service and overall performance. Brendan is committed to leading the business response to the evolving needs of our customers and the changing market environment.
Brendan is committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement. His hands on approach, combined with a strong focus on quality, safety and client satisfaction has been instrumental in establishing Monami’s reputation for excellence.

Bryan Quille
BIO
With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Bryan is one of the founding Directors of Monami Construction, which he established in 2010 following a distinguished career that saw him rise from Site-based Quantity Surveyor to Regional Director.
Bryan holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying, a Diploma in Construction Economics, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (FCIOB). Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered a wide range of high-profile and award-winning projects across multiple sectors, earning a reputation for excellence, precision, and integrity.
At Monami, Bryan brings a wealth of industry knowledge, commercial insight, and a hands-on leadership style to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
He is deeply committed to responsible business practices and leads Monami’s efforts in creating a sustainable, impact-driven approach to construction, driving positive outcomes for clients, communities, and the environment alike.

Trevor Cavanagh
BIO
Trevor brings over 20 years of experience in commercial management and project delivery across a broad range of construction sectors.
Since joining Monami Construction in 2012, his strong commercial focus, attention to detail, and collaborative approach have made him a key contributor to the company’s growth, culminating in his promotion to Director.
He holds a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management, an MSc in Quantity Surveying, and is a member of both the Chartered Institute of Building and the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland. Trevor is also an ISO Quality System Internal Auditor.
Trevor is highly regarded for his ability to align commercial objectives with project delivery, ensuring financial performance while maintaining high-quality outcomes. He works collaboratively with clients and consultants to deliver cost certainty, financial transparency, and value-driven outcomes. His leadership style prioritises quality, accountability, and open communication.
As a Director, Trevor also champions quality assurance and continuous professional development across Monami’s project teams.

Robert Conneely
BIO
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Robert brings deep commercial insight, technical expertise, and strategic leadership to his role as Director at Monami Construction. Since joining the company in 2013, his strong business acumen and understanding of commercial project drivers have made him a key force behind the successful delivery of numerous high-value developments.
Robert’s ability to balance cost, programme, and quality while maintaining client satisfaction has been central to his progression to senior management, first as Regional Director and now Director. He works closely with commercial teams to ensure accurate financial control, risk management, and cost certainty throughout every stage of a project.
Collaborative and solutions-driven, he engages early with clients and design teams to maximise value and efficiency. He also champions offsite fabrication, LEAN construction, and modern technologies to enhance performance and outcomes.
Robert’s commercial leadership continues to drive Monami’s reputation for delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Darran Hennessy
BIO
With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Darran brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge, leadership, and operational expertise to the senior management team. Having worked his way through the ranks since joining Monami, he has held a wide range of roles across site management, project delivery, and commercial oversight.
His career progression is a testament to his work ethic, technical skill, and commitment to high standards in safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Darran has played a key role in the successful delivery of numerous large-scale residential, commercial, and public projects across Ireland, consistently driving performance and building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.
As Director, he continues to lead with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and delivering best-in-class construction outcomes. His deep understanding of site operations and strategic planning ensures that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.

Chereen Hogan
BIO
Cher is an accomplished finance professional with nearly 12 years of experience in accounting, including 6 years specialising in the construction industry. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), she brings a strong blend of technical expertise and industry-specific knowledge to the role.
Since joining Monami Construction Limited in 2024, Cher has led the finance function across all areas of the business from financial reporting and forecasting to commercial support and strategic planning. She works closely with project teams, senior management, and external stakeholders to ensure robust financial controls and support the delivery of successful construction projects.
She ensures full compliance with accounting standards (FRS 102), Revenue reporting obligations, and construction-specific requirements such as the Relevant Contracts Tax (RCT). Cher also manages the company’s audit process and maintains strong internal controls to support financial accuracy and transparency.

Sean Garvey
BIO
Sean brings nearly 30 years of construction industry experience to his role as Regional Director at Monami. With a career spanning the commercial, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors, he has delivered projects for both public and private clients across a wide range of scales and complexities.
Since joining Monami in 2013 as a Contracts Manager, Sean has played a key role in the successful delivery of numerous high-profile projects. His promotion to Regional Director reflects his proven leadership, deep industry knowledge, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
A graduate of the University of Ulster with a BSc in Construction Engineering and Management, Sean is known for his strong interpersonal skills, collaborative approach, and focus on quality delivery. He excels at guiding teams through large, complex builds, ensuring every project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Anissa O’Connor
BIO
Anissa joined Monami Construction in 2018 as Health & Safety Manager and has played a key role in shaping and strengthening the company’s Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) culture. In recognition of her leadership and impact, she was since promoted to SHEQ Associate Director.
Anissa leads the strategic development and implementation of Monami’s SHEQ systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and international standards, including ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001. She is responsible for overseeing company-wide safety performance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Her strong organisational skills and collaborative approach have been instrumental in maintaining a robust and efficient safety management system. Anissa’s ability to foster positive working relationships across teams has helped elevate Monami’s SHEQ standards and embed a proactive safety-first culture across all operations.
Anissa continues to drive best practices, supporting Monami’s commitment to delivering projects responsibly, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Lorchan Hoyne
BIO
Lorchan brings over three decades of construction industry experience to his role as Regional Director at Monami, including over 15 years in senior project and operations leadership. Since joining the company in 2020, he has played a pivotal role in the successful delivery of major projects across various sectors, progressing to Regional Director in 2022.
A Chartered Engineer, Lorchan holds postgraduate qualifications in Project Management and Environmental Engineering, along with an MBA, equipping him with both technical and commercial insight.
Known for his collaborative approach, Lorchan excels at working with clients and design teams to drive efficient, high-quality project delivery. His strengths lie in strategic planning, attention to detail, and maintaining strong relationships across all project stakeholders.
Lorchan’s leadership ensures project milestones are consistently met, budgets are maintained, and client expectations exceeded. His combination of engineering expertise and management experience makes him a key contributor to Monami’s continued growth and reputation for delivery excellence.
